Practice More On Your Long Game and Your Short

Be sure to visit our practice facility at Prince William Golf Course to warm up before you play and come often to work on your game.

Start your practice session at our large driving range where the cost for range balls is only $6 for a small bucket and $11 for a large. We have  a practice bunker on our range to take on those important sand saves that most players neglect to think about until they are on the beach.

If you are starting out in golf and do not have a set of clubs to use for practice, we can loan you a set to use on the range.  If you play a round, our rental fee is $26.25 for 18 holes.

Start with some wedge shots on the range and work your way up through the clubs in your bag. If you are playing a round after practice, try “playing” the first few holes by imagining the first fairway and hitting a drive; then pretend you're hitting your approach shot to the first green, and so forth.

Then make sure that you spend about 20 to 25 minutes at our large putting green and chipping area to work on your short shots, and you will be ready to enjoy your round at Prince William Golf Club.
